Vincenzo, the founder, and his son Gianni passionately grow the family business, which has been a mill for four generations. Near the capital of Apulia, at the foot of the Murge hills, on November 19, 1999, the “Frantoio Oleario Vincenzo Fazio” opens its doors in Bitetto.
Respect for the land, rural roots, and traditions, as well as pride in territorial identity, have accompanied this family for over a century.
